Another great Handtec purchase

This was my third time buying from Handtec, and just like before, the Refurbished Samsung Galaxy I ordered was exactly as described. I've always had good luck with their grading, and this one was no exception. It's dependable, and the delivery was quick, same as my last two orders. That's why I keep coming back.

Decent value, room for improvement

I picked up a Refurbished Apple Watch, and for the price, it was a good deal. The watch itself was in solid condition, Grade B I think they called it, and it functions perfectly. Delivery took five days, which was fine, but tracking updates could have been a bit more frequent. I also wish they included a proper charger brick instead of just the cable, though I knew that upfront. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the warranty. Overall, a positive experience, but some small tweaks would make it even better.

Good experience overall

I bought a Refurbished MacBook from Handtec last month. Ordering was straightforward on their website, and I got a confirmation email pretty fast. Delivery took about a week to get to me in Texas, which was within the timeframe they gave. The MacBook itself was in excellent condition, barely looked used, and fired right up. I did have a quick question about the battery cycle count, and customer support got back to me the next day with the info. It's been working great for my work since. The only small thing was the charger wasn't original Apple, but it works fine.
